The hotel has some really handy features to help keep us all safe. The one thing you will become very experienced in is using their official Line App. On this you can check-in, Order all of your meals, order from the snack menu, record your temperature, contact a doctor or just to contact the reception. They also offer a shopping service so you can order anything you couldn't quite stuff into that suitcase! I have already ordered toothpaste and hair conditioner (forgetting how frizzy my hair gets in Asia!).
You can also be rest assured that the air con only services your room so no sharing of air around the hotel. Really important during these Covid days.
Food is delivered to your door three times a day and there is plenty to choose from to keep you all happy. And for any little picky eaters there are some alternative options (burgers, fish and chips and my daughters favourite chicken fried rice)
