Ho Chi Minh City Guide

A city with many different Districts, ranging from tree lined boulevards, snazzy designer shops and sky scrapers, and Colonial architecture alongside the chaos that walks hand in hand with Asian cities.

Crossing the road can be a daily challenge in itself! Leave the push chair at home and opt for a cyclo ride around Saigon to experience Ho Chi Minh City, local style.

Saigon River Boat Ride

See the City from a different perspective and have some fun out on the water: You can go out for an hour long cruise ( so not too long for littlies) and keep your eyes peeled you may even spot a water buffalo.

Which Family Pod?  Toddling around ; Energetic explorer; Perfect Combination

Water Puppet Show

At Thao Dien Village: This is a traditional art where puppets are controlled from under water! You know your own children best, some will sit for a good hour mesmerised by puppets and some will have ants in their pants from the start.

Tiny Tip:When you are planning your days try to get out and about early to avoid the heat in the middle of the day. Avoid big Tourist Attractions at the weekend and Public Holidays you will regret it! (you have been warned). Have a plan but be willing an open to change if things don’t go to plan.

Air conditioned options!

When your children just want to have some fun in air conditioned bliss there are a number of options in the City:

Diamond Plaza bowling: Go during the week as it can be crazy busy at the weekend.

Kiz City: This is dressing up heaven! The children can try out a whole range of different careers from bakers to fighter pilots! Lots of fun for 3-4 +

Bee Bee Activity Centre: Lovely toddler areas and climbing walls there is plenty here for tiny tots and energetic explorers ! Grab yourself a drink and let the children play!

Tini World: Plenty to keep all of the family happy with soft play areas, craft activities, computer games, climbing wall and a family friendly cafe. A little more expensive but perfect if you just need to give your little ones a break from Pagoda and City Tours!

The Snap Cafe: A Lovely Lunch SpotThe perfect family hangout. Outdoor seating so you can enjoy lunch and then watch the littlies play on the outdoor play area and sandpit.
