Nusa Dua Guide
Nusa Dua is a luxury tourist enclave. Originally created as an ‘all-inclusive’ resort destination.
Good for those wanting to bring the whole family along. The stretch of white sand beach is a market and hawker-free zone. The shallow waters are good for children. And the drive from Denpasar airport is just 30 minutes. On the downside, this strip of beach, whilst lovely, can lack the vibrancy of Bali. But if it's a bit of peace and quiet you're after then this place could be just what you're looking for.
Family rules in Nusa Dua...
Nestled within perfectly manicured tropical gardens: leading out on to the calm, white sand crescent beach. This is the place to come for that bit of peace and reassurance a 5-star enclave can provide. They are used to littlies here. This is a good place to come with a large family or a new baby in tow. You can feel comfortable that the properties here such as The Westin or Grand Hyatt will provide superb service and well thought out kids clubs.
Which Family Pod? Perfect Combination
Tiny Tip:The Bukit Peninsula is the new glam hot spot. Step a little further away from the cocoon of Nusa Dua if you want something with a little more wow factor...
Balinese themes in the kids clubs
From traditional dress-up, kite making and flying, temple visits, traditional instrument playing to a spot of cookery. You really can have it all here, these resorts do think of everything. For example, kids love the drink refill stations... we love them re-hydrating!
Tiny Tip:Remember you are a short ride away from the 'real' Bali, so do take a few trips out of the enclave.
